Hi, I'm Mary

To be honest, I sort of fell into this work. Since my husband, Bryan, began working in automotive he had dreamed of owning a repair shop. In 2015 that dream came to fruition when the shop owner he’d worked under for years sold his business to us. Casey's Automotive was sustained through a devoted client base, but we knew there was so much growth possible by utilizing the right marketing mix.
 
I dove into the numbers. I found where the most profitable customers were coming from and how to get them to refer and return. I created a waiting room that felt more like a coffee shop than an auto shop. And I established our reputation through community events, social media, and branded vehicles.

In less than two years we expanded to a second location. Within four we doubled the size of the original location. And by seven years we had opened a third Casey’s.

As we grew, other businesses approached me saying things like, “I see your brand everywhere. How do you do it? And can you help me do the same?”

It didn’t take long for a business of my own to launch. In addition to raising our four kids and managing Casey’s marketing, I began consulting with other business owners on how to be found, followed, and loved by their community.

After working with hundreds of entrepreneurs and businesses on their social media strategy, I can tell you this: the reason social media isn’t working for most people is because they’re spending too much time on social media. Is it important? Of course. But is it enough on its own? No. 

If your profile links to a site that is’t optimized you’ll miss out on customers. If it’s unclear how to work with you you’ll miss out on customers. If you don’t have any work posted you’ll miss out on customers. Having a complete marketing plan makes sure you’re giving people a clear pathway to buying from you, no matter where they’re coming from.
